Adrian founded Supatone Innovation in 2000 to help build clients' websites. Since then his skills have evolved to include full E-Commerce solutions, developing mobile applications and designing database solutions for business needs. More recently, he has been certified as a Data Privacy Officer, a Certified Cyber Risk Officer, and a Certified Ethical Hacker.

Adrian has participated in several community programmes such as "The Hackathon" to encourage Bermudian youths to learn coding, and "Startup Weekend" for entrepreneurship in Bermuda. Other community and charity work include being the Bermuda Chess treasury auditor, being a member of the History & Legacy Working Group, as well as being a Director on the Board for Tomorrow's Voices.

He has taught training courses in the past such as WordPress, Microsoft Office, basic iPad skills, as well as other IT material by request. In 2023, Adrian started teaching video game development to students who were interested in pursuing it as a career.

Supatone Ltd. was registered in 2019 as a Bermudian-owned limited liability company, focused on application development ranging from website to custom database solutions to mobile apps. Supatone Ltd. has won several Bermuda TechAwards for their products, services and community programmes which include the Video Game Design Challenge.
